Once charged, we do not issue cash refunds or credits under any circumstances. If you have any concerns regarding charges to your account, please contact us immediately at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@bharathihospital.in\">info@bharathihospital.in<\/a>.\u00a0If a charge is made in error, we will credit the account with the appropriate amount.<\/p>\n<p>Users disputing a valid credit card payment may face fines, suspension, and account termination at the discretion of Bharathi Hospital. Chargeback fees,\u00a0past-due\u00a0fees, and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund and Cancellation Policy for Video\/Tele Consultation Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This policy, approved by Bharathi\u00a0Hospital&#8217;s\u00a0management, applies to all units of Bharathi Hospital and Outpatient Clinics. It is subject to revisions based on management decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds for payments made through the payment gateway will only be issued in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple debits from a customer\u2019s bank account due to a technical error, or an account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error.<\/li>\n<li>Non-availability of services due to operational issues at Bharathi Hospitals. In such cases, customers should email with detailed information as specified in <strong>Annexure 1<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refund requests will be processed manually after verification. If valid, the refund will be processed by Bharathi Hospital electronically within seven working days from the date of receiving the email request. It may take longer than seven working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank&#8217;s policy.<\/p>\n<p>Bharathi Hospital is not responsible for any failure to process payment instructions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, bank strikes, power failures, systems breakdowns) or due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid payment instructions.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified by email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Account Suspension or Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bharathi Hospital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to services for any reason, including suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and Bharathi Hospitals will not be liable for any such termination.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispute Resolution and Arbitration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement or services provided in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration &amp; Conciliation Act 1996.
