At Bharathi Hospital, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy. Once charged, we do not issue cash refunds or credits under any circumstances. If you have any concerns regarding charges to your account, please contact us immediately at info@bharathihospital.in. If a charge is made in error, we will credit the account with the appropriate amount.
Users disputing a valid credit card payment may face fines, suspension, and account termination at the discretion of Bharathi Hospital. Chargeback fees, past-due fees, and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies.
This policy, approved by Bharathi Hospital’s management, applies to all units of Bharathi Hospital and Outpatient Clinics. It is subject to revisions based on management decisions.
Refunds for payments made through the payment gateway will only be issued in the following circumstances.
Refund requests will be processed manually after verification. If valid, the refund will be processed by Bharathi Hospital electronically within seven working days from the date of receiving the email request. It may take longer than seven working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
Bharathi Hospital is not responsible for any failure to process payment instructions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, bank strikes, power failures, systems breakdowns) or due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid payment instructions. In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified by email.
Bharathi Hospital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to services for any reason, including suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and Bharathi Hospitals will not be liable for any such termination.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement or services provided in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes will be arbitrated individually and not consolidated with any other party’s claims.
This agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh which will have exclusive jurisdiction over matters related to this agreement.
